Day 37: Six weeks. 4000 miles. Four states.

Two holidays.

Six weddings.

Two birthdays.

One anniversary.

One tattoo.

Two special houseguests.

Two Thanksgiving dinners.

One Thanksgiving breakfast.

One cup of cornbread dressing.

One afternoon with the homeless.

Two tree-decorating moments.

One tree-lighting party.

One dream-filled meeting.

One nostalgic afternoon.

One pinecone hunt.

One fundraising lunch.

One potluck.

One rich podcast.

One lip-sync video.

Six celebrations with strangers turned friends. Or maybe seven. Or eight. Because I lost count.

It’s been a busy season, to be sure. Calendar days cracked and pouring into other days that are already filled with responsibilities and obligations and privileges. I am exhausted.

And yet, I would do it all again. Because THIS:

Every destination was a person. Every moment was together. Every celebration was community. Oh, how beautifully we are built for belonging. How wonderfully we are made for each other.

Please don’t forget that, love. Please don’t let this world tell you otherwise.

We are made for each other.

(Oh yeah, there was this one too).

About Ronne Rock

Helping you hold on to what is true and trustworthy.

We’re in this together, and I am for you. I secure road signs with a hammer of hope, and clear the debris so they can be seen.

Call me your spiritual aunty, the one who you can trust with the hard conversations. I am your encourager. I walk and keep walking. Cheer and keep cheering. I invest, dive deep, and cherish the stories being written in the lives of women like you who long to believe restoration is a reality on earth as it is in heaven. God holds the pen in those stories, and He delights in you.

I SHARE TRUE AND TRUSTWORTHY WORDS TO HELP YOU HOLD ON TO HOPE.
